(You can make your own oat flour by blending quick oats)1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1 egg1/4 cup honey1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup (112g) unsalted butter - melted3/4 cup buttermilkJuice and zest of one orange1/4 teaspoon salt11/2 cups mixed berriesDirectionsPreheat oven to 175CLine a 12 cupcake pan with cupcakes linersMix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine.Combine the wet ingredients.
